It’s crazy to think that band camp for the 2022 marching season starts in a little over a month! The students will be practicing 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day of camp (July 25-28 and August 1-4). For multiple reasons students are required to stay at the school and not leave at meal time. The band booster club tries to coordinate and serve meals at lunch and supper for each student; this is a large undertaking for the two weeks of band camp. Therefore we are asking any parent, business, or community member who would like to donate time, food, or money to help us accomplish this to please let us know.
If you would like to sign up for a specific meal please click here to sign up for a spot. Typically lunch is a lighter meal: sandwiches, salads, corn dogs, etc. The supper meal is a little more substantial. Last year we had meals like pizza, hamburgers, a taco bar, and BBQ. When providing drinks we ask that you do not send sodas. Large canisters of powdered Gatorade, lemonade, and tea work best. We are planning for 65 students and staff each day.

We are also always in need of:
- cases of water
- paper plates
- napkins
- Plastic/Styrofoam cups
- plastic utensil
- Powdered drink mixes (i.e. Lemonade, Gatorade, and Tea)
As always if you cannot financially donate, your time is appreciated. We can always use assistance with:
- preparing the food bought with the donations
- setting up and cleaning up the meals
- filling our coolers with ice each morning for the students to refill their water bottles throughout the day
